The Way of the Cross
When we pray the Way of the Cross, we remember the Passion of Christ, which is a consequence of our sins and also a means by which the gates of heaven are opened for us. Now, on this occasion, we do the Way of the Cross with the persecuted Christians, those who live identifying themselves with Jesus Christ every day, offering themselves to the Father for the salvation of the world.
