Fr. David Howell

We interview Fr. David Howell, a diocesan priest from Southwark, England, who explains why he considers the priesthood to be one of the greatest gifts the Lord has given him. Ordained on the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Fr. David Howell has seen how Our Blessed Mother has blessed him in all his years as a priest, uniting him more and more to the Cross with her Son. He will speak about the importance of celibacy, confession, openness to vocations, the relationship with Our Lady, and much more. Do not miss this new series of The Priesthood.

The Priesthood: Christ Became the Center of My Life Again (1/7)

When we see testimonies of happiness in the midst of great suffering, we ask ourselves: what do they have that I don't have? In this episode of The Priesthood, we will see how Father David Howell, a diocesan priest from Southwark, England, asked himself this question when he went on pilgrimage to Lourdes at the age of 17. The experience had such an impact on him that his life changed 180 degrees. Fr. David went from being a troubled teenager to having a desire to put Christ back at the center of his life, to the point of considering the possibility of becoming a priest.

How can I help?

Thanks to the generosity of our benefactors, up until now we have been able to continue our evangelization through the media. The needs, however, are growing and many times there are unexpected expenses due to maintenance, the purchasing of new machines, etc.
